Hello.
"Never stop learning, because life never stops teaching."
I'm a relentlessly inspired individual who believes in doing the remarkable and aspires to never stop learning.
Born and raised in Arizona, developed and crafted in California. A proud Filipino-American and a tried and tested challenger.
I'm an unconventional thinker, built to throwout textbooks and make the world my campus.
Let's do some good and build.
I Am Creative.
It only takes a few sentences of instruction for my mind to be inspired and start turning. I'm the type of person that can get on the same page with a team or client and see the end result in mind.
I've often been tasked with coming up with complex creative solutions to problems with no precedent and deliver actual creative elements with tight deadlines.
I have researched, prototyped, A/B tested and reiterated in several digital mediums.
I am Energetic.
I've lived the "startup" lifestyle for 4 years straight. The hours don't matter to me when you give me something to believe in.
Knowing what is truly important to the big picture, what can be prioritized for later and where to direct my energy has been one of the best traits I've picked up from working at a startup.
I believe in leading by example and have brought that to the table for several teams at Tesloop.
I am Versatile.
I've worked hard to continually make myself future proof. If there is a skill or software that I haven't known I've taught myself it.
We needed creative elements - I taught myself Photoshop and Illustrator.
We needed video content - I taught myself Davinci Resolve and Audacity
We pivoted products - I created a CRM and learned Zendesk and Mailchimp.
I've experienced several product pivots during my time at Tesloop where we've needed to switch target audiences and creative overnight with little pre-planning.

How I Approach Problems
1. Big Picture
After being asked to solve a problem, I like to take a step back and figure out what the true end goal is. I'll ask questions for clarification up front with saves time.
2. Research
If I don't understand a component of the problem, I'll teach myself through videos, articles or other resources. Knowing what works and hasn't work makes prototyping more efficient.
3. Prototyping
Creating and finding failures in design and messaging quickly is key to building products/graphics. I believe in getting an idea to about 80% of completion to start A/B testing it.
4. A/B Testing
Testing one piece of each prototype at a time is key to figuring out what needs to be changed.
5. Final Product
